Cubeacon Partners with Three Major Hospitals for Smart Asset Tracking

Cubeacon is excited to announce a strategic partnership with three of Indonesia's leading private hospital groups to deploy our CubeTrack Asset solution across 12 facilities nationwide.

The Challenge

Hospitals lose up to 15% of productive staff time searching for misplaced equipment such as infusion pumps, wheelchairs, and portable monitors. This translates directly to reduced patient throughput and increased operational costs.

Our Solution

By tagging over 10,000 medical devices with CubeTrack BLE tags and installing our gateway infrastructure in each facility, nursing staff will be able to locate any tagged asset in real time from the Cubeacon dashboard — reducing search time from minutes to seconds.

Timeline

The rollout will commence in Q2 2026, with all 12 facilities going live by Q4 2026. We look forward to sharing outcome data once the deployment is complete.
